A family owned company forging was started in 1981 by the founder Mr. Jaswant Singh Mankoo when he was at age of 45 as earlier he was running a metal machinery trading business but always in mind to start something in production.
In 1995 the generation of the family joined, Harinder Singh with lot of experience from his father, started machining by installing CNC and Vertical machining centers and current CEO of the company.
Proudly to announce that in 2015 the third generation from the Mankoo family, HARPARTAP SINGH a technical young guy with lot of energy in mind joined PARTAPARTS and started with the welding projects and recently taken step to do the welding parts with high technology Robots and steel castings.
Right now we can forge up to 30 kilogram single piece with other facilities like Normalizing , Heart treatment, Crack detection, Pull load testing, CNC / VMC Machining, Screw presses, Various presses for sheet cutting, bending, Hydraulic threading which all make our parts under one roof.
Our daily capacity for alloy steel castings and cast iron is 2 tons.
Maximum 10mm thick sheet we do the blanking / bending on hydraulic & power presses of any profile for the suspension U Brackets.
We have with working range in 1.5 meter radius, 450 Amps welding and if needed and if any company wants to buy big parts from us we are really interested to install bigger range welding robots of 4-5 meters.
1. Our new factory with international standards having area of 225,000 sq ft is under construction and will be ready soon for productions.
2. Going to setup a new plant for plough discs made from boron steel.
3. Plasma sheet cutting up to 12 mm thickness.
